The fastest route is inside the app: open the Profile tab, tap Settings, then Send Feedback. You can send either a bug report or a suggestion, and it reaches us directly. You can also email the address above.
All purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue, process, or reverse a refund.
If a purchase completed but the feature did not unlock, contact us with your device model and what you bought and we will investigate.
Progress is stored on your device, not on our servers, and there is no account or sign-in. This means progress does not transfer between devices and cannot be recovered if the app is uninstalled or the device is lost or reset. Purchases can always be restored with Restore Purchases, because those are tied to your Apple Account rather than to the device.
Open the Profile tab, tap Settings, then Delete Account. This erases the data associated with your device from our servers and clears your local save. It cannot be undone.
Notification types can be turned on or off individually in Settings. Ad personalisation choices can be changed at any time via Ad Privacy Options in Settings, where that option applies in your region. Every reward in the app that can be obtained by watching an ad can also be obtained without watching one.
CS2 Case Simulator is a simulation. Skins, cases and balances are virtual, exist only inside the app, cannot be traded or transferred between players, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value. Price figures shown in the app are illustrative references to third-party market data, not values you own or can withdraw.
