The fastest route is inside the app: open the Profile tab, tap Settings, then Send Feedback. You can send either a bug report or a suggestion, and it reaches us directly. You can also email the address above.
All purchases are handled by Google Play, not by us, so we can't issue, process or reverse a refund ourselves.
If a purchase went through but the feature didn't unlock, contact us with your phone model and what you bought, and we'll investigate.
Your progress is saved on your phone. From app version 1.1.4, if you're signed in to Google Play Games, it is also backed up automatically to your own Google Play Games account. To continue on a new phone or after reinstalling, open Settings → Cloud Save and load it. A cloud save can be loaded a limited number of times a month.
Without that backup, progress can't be recovered if the app is uninstalled or the phone is lost or reset. Purchases can always be restored with Restore Purchases, because they belong to your Google account rather than to the phone.
Open the Profile tab, tap Settings, then More Options, then Delete Account. This clears your save on the phone, deletes your cloud save if you're signed in to Google Play Games, and erases the data tied to your install from our servers. It can't be undone. Details are on the Delete Your Data page.
Notification types can be turned on or off one by one from Settings → Notifications. Where it applies in your region, you can change your ad personalisation choice at any time from Settings → More Options → Ad Privacy Options.
Some rewards are collected by watching a short ad, for example supply drops and the Auto-Opener. Buying Ad Free lets you collect them without the ad. If no ad is available when you try, the app shows a short countdown instead and you still get the reward.
Case Simulator is a simulation. Skins, cases and balances are virtual, exist only inside the app, can't be traded or transferred between players, and can't be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value. Price figures shown in the app are illustrative references to third-party market data, not values you own or can withdraw. Real money buys optional features and upgrades, some of which increase the free rewards you receive while playing; it never directly buys in-game balance, cases or items.
